Shipping Locations

Kamion Kulture currently ships throughout Australia and to selected international destinations.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Order Processing Times

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on our website.

During peak periods, promotional events, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via our website banner or other appropriate channels to keep customers informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping – Flat Rate $10 AUD

  • Express Shipping – Flat Rate $15 AUD

  • Free Express Shipping on Australian orders over $150 AUD

  • Free Shipping to New Zealand on orders over $200 AUD

International shipping is available to selected countries.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and courier requirements.

Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and may vary depending on location, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Following dispatch, your parcel is transferred to the selected shipping carrier for delivery. While we strive to ensure orders are shipped promptly, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier network disruptions, weather events, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

As delivery timeframes are estimates only, refunds will not be provided for delays occurring after an order has been dispatched. However, we will gladly assist in lodging enquiries or investigations with the shipping carrier where appropriate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs charged by Kamion Kulture.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and import requirements within their country or region.

Kamion Kulture accepts no responsibility for goods that are confiscated, seized, delayed, or refused entry by customs authorities or other government agencies.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Kamion Kulture is not responsible for orders delivered to an address supplied incorrectly by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to resend the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@kamionkulture.com. While we will make every effort to update the details before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Damaged, Faulty or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging orders to help ensure they arrive safely.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us at admin@kamionkulture.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost parcels).

To assist with the assessment of your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging (where applicable)

We may require additional information to investigate the matter with the shipping carrier.

Where a product is confirmed to have been damaged during transit, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items until the matter has been resolved, as these may be required for carrier investigations or claims.
