Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kamion Kulture, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we may accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or a valid order number.

  • Have a return request submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that free gifts, promotional items, accessories, and custom-made products are not eligible for return unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Custom-Made & Personalised Products

All custom-made, personalised, and made-to-order products are created specifically to the customer's requirements. Due to the personalised nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect selections made by the customer.

  • Errors in measurements, sizing, text, colours, or other information supplied by the customer.

  • Personal preference after the item has been produced.

By placing an order for a custom product, you acknowledge and agree that all specifications, designs, colours, sizes, text, and other customisation details submitted at the time of purchase are final. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all details before completing the order.

Requests to amend or cancel custom orders must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has commenced, we may be unable to make changes, cancel the order, or provide a refund.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

We take great care to ensure all products are produced and packaged to a high standard.

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or differs significantly from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item.

Where a product is found to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will assess the matter and may provide a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

For items damaged during transit, refunds will only be provided where a replacement item cannot be supplied. Clear photographs showing the damage are required.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customs, Import Restrictions & Delivery Issues

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any products purchased comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and import requirements in their country or region.

Kamion Kulture accepts no responsibility for goods that are confiscated, seized, delayed, or refused entry by customs authorities or other government agencies.

Refunds will not be provided for products confiscated by customs or local authorities.

Should a package be returned to us due to customs issues, refusal of delivery, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including both outbound and return shipping charges.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked postage service, as Kamion Kulture cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels lost in transit.

How to Return an Item

To request a return, please email your order number and reason for return to:

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Please note that confirmation emails may occasionally be filtered into Promotions, Junk, or Spam folders. We recommend checking these folders if you have not received a response.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Depending on your financial institution, additional processing times may apply before the funds appear in your account.
